All staff that I spoke to on the day were very professional and friendly. Joe at the service desk was very helpful and efficient and I hope that he is appreciated by the Ocean group managers as staff of that calibre are very very difficult to find

I was pleased with the MOT and service but did have to chase up for information regarding my electircal charging issue as they couldn't provide that when I picked up the car. The vehicle inspection reminder wasn't updated in the car.

Arrived pm without an appointment at the delearship with a flat battery after getting a jump start. The service staff managed to squeeze me in that afternoon fitting a new battery and coding it. Can only give top marks for the service I received.

Extremely satisfied. Car was recalled for an EGR valve inspection twice last year while waiting for the part. Found a problem with rebooting the head unit and after a week was replaced free of charge. EGR valve replaced and £100 gift pack received.

The lack of understanding and appreciation that people have commitments. Believing it is acceptable to book a car in all day and inform customers they need to give authorisation at 1630 knowing full well the work is not going to be completed.

They found a puncture in my tyre.Got a message asking me to authorise the repair and I did.Only when I went to collect my car at 6pm I was told the machine was broken and under repair.I was not even informed beforehand. Not professional by any means.
