The service desk of Ocean BMW at Plymouth handled my particular problem in their usual high standards. They very quickly understood what the problem was, called on a technician to look at the part then ordered the replacement. Superb service by all.

Was the car would be washed and hoovered but it was a quick wash and only front mats cleaned, not even removed.
The best service ever I have received at this dealership. Your the best better than all the rest!! I have been to several dealerships in the Plymouth area and they are not a patch on BMW. All staff meet and greet and have time to talk.

Very helpful and thorough.
Would of been really satisfied if my oil change timer was reset with my service timer. Had a computer charge at a local garage to investigate a yellow dpf warning lamp. Regeneration couldn't start due to the computer thinking its oil old.
I spoke to someone straight away, they sorted out my issues promptly.
All issues sorted out to my satisfaction, just took two visits to get it right. Slight confusion as demo car arranged was not available on the day but alternative sourced. Polite service. Really liked the video inspection.

Ocean were very easy to deal with, I was running late so rang them to let them know. When you have a service you are asked if you would like your vehicle washed. It would be good if the vehicle was actually clean when it came back! Disappointed

Top notch valet
Very satisfied with the service of the car I was told that I would get a complimentary car valet after servicing the car. (car wash) However apon inspection of the car at home I could see that it was not washed. It was just hosed of with water.
The reception team were prompt and switched on. The service was within the time frame stated and the car felt great afterwards. You felt valued throughout the process. The team from Specialist Cars Tring should be sent to Ocean for remedial training.

Only lost 0.5 of a star due to I booked the service online, when they had the car, they said that price was incorrect and in fact more, not by much though, hence still happy.

Well there's not much interactions to let you know what's happening. The girl rang me and i was still in the dealership.
I was notified quickly that there was a recall booked in within a couple of days and it was all done in less than 40 minutes and I was on my way
I was very impressed with the cost to do the brake fluid change as well as the video of the safety inspection, nice touch and very helpful. I'afraid I can't give 5 stars as the after service valet, inside and out, wasn't particularly good.

In addition to the recall, I asked for a squeak in the boot locking system to be lubricate; this was done but it returned in a week
