I had a defect develop on a Friday afternoon, my car was booked in for Monday morning, the required parts arrived overnight and my car was returned on Tuesday. Hard to be anything but completely happy with such exemplary service.

No service problems, smooth and positive, cheerful and efficient. Only quibbles are environmental - the musak is jarring, the waiting area seats very low, with no option of higher seating for the less athletic, and patchy lighting in the area.
