It was a brilliant experience ordering the car I really wanted in an individual colour. Ocean spent a lot of time explaining every option to make sure it was my perfect spec. I was kept informed throughout the process with regular updates.

Was not happy with how my car was scheduled for its MoT, I booked it over 4 months in advance and was put at the back of queue and told I would have to wait as other customers were ahead of me, which I felt was not a fair explanation.

My car had a rattling noise. An incorrect diagnosis was made and unnecessary work undertaken resulting in the car being in the workshop longer and requiring a more experienced technician to diagnose the issue. The rattle issue was rectified.

No service problems, smooth and positive, cheerful and efficient. Only quibbles are environmental - the musak is jarring, the waiting area seats very low, with no option of higher seating for the less athletic, and patchy lighting in the area.
